The Cancer Society's annual Relay for Life steps out again at Cooks Gardens, starting at 11.30 and runs for 24 hours. The society netted $89,000 last year. Let's see if we can push that out to six figures.
It's going to be a mainly fine day and 18c. Perfect conditions for a stroll.

Summer continues to soldier on this weekend. We have a high of 22 degrees predicted for Saturday, with 24 degrees the high for Sunday.
